The practice of consciously working with the dynamic field that arises between people, the living intelligence of relationship itself. When conflict and creative friction are met with respect and curiosity, the energetic knot can unwind, clarity is revealed, and movement is restored. This work applies wherever people are in relationship, from intimate partnerships to teams and collectives.

This work focuses on how energy moves through an organization and how the architectural design either constrains or enables what’s trying to emerge. When points of friction and stuck patterns surface in structures, processes, or roles, they are viewed as intelligentdata to be collaborated with for the health of the system.
